CAE Modeler is a generalized materials pre-processor software that converts material properties into material model inputs for supported CAE applications. The software operates on material properties stored in databases on the Matereality Cloud. Material parameter conversion capability includes simple elastic, elastic-plastic, hyperelastic, rate dependent, fatigue and viscoelastic material models for FEA, plus injection-molding simulation parameters.
Because each material model has specific data requirements, the software first assembles materials that have the required properties from the material database. CAE Modeler then performs material parameter conversion and writes files readable by the supported CAE software. Where needed, a graphical user interface allows you to edit and tune the material parameters for higher fidelity.
Note: Matereality's CAE Modelers are integrated within partner software programs including Abaqus/CAE, ANSYS Workbench, Moldex3D and SIMPOE. Some of these require a plug-in to operate.
Pricing: CAE Modeler Software is included with your Matereality Database.
